Nev. Admin. Code § 670B.Sec. 20 - NEW
A licensee shall:
1.
Provide timely and accurate information to a nationally recognized consumer
credit bureau;
2. Reasonably
investigate any complaint received from a student loan borrower concerning
inaccurate information that was reported to a credit bureau within 30 calendar
days after receipt of any such complaint; and
3. Promptly correct any negative information
previously reported to a credit bureau that is found to be inaccurate after a
subsequent investigation by the licensee.
