Nev. Admin. Code § 670B.Sec. 7 - NEW
An applicant for a license to act as a student loan servicer in this State or a person licensed as a student loan servicer in this State shall, in accordance with NRS 670B.320, notify the Commissioner of, and obtain the approval of the Commissioner for, any change:
1. In the information provided
in the initial application for a license or the most recent application for
renewal of such a license, as applicable;
2. To the legal or fictitious name of the
applicant or licensee, as applicable;
3. To the proposed licensed place of business
of the applicant or to the licensed place of business of the licensee;
or
4. In a control person of the
applicant or licensee.
