Nev. Admin. Code § 675.Sec. 37 - NEW
The Commissioner may request any information or documentation that the Commissioner deems necessary to perform an investigation or examination of an applicant for a license or a licensee. Upon such a request, the applicant or licensee, as applicable, shall provide or make available to the Commissioner such requested information or documentation, unless the disclosure of such information or documentation is prohibited by any provision of state or federal law.
