Nev. Admin. Code § 677.450 - Disclosure of fees and charges
The terms and conditions of all potential charges to a borrower, including any charge for a default on an installment due, a deferment, a prepayment of the loan, and a returned check, must be disclosed to the borrower in writing prior to closing any loan.
