Nev. Admin. Code § 679B.131 - Assignment of judgment
If the Commissioner pays any sum from the Account to a petitioner, the petitioner must assign his or her interest in the final judgment to the Commissioner to the extent of the payment made to the petitioner. The Commissioner will deposit any amount recovered on the judgment in the Account. The assignment must be in a form acceptable to the Commissioner.
