Nev. Admin. Code § 697.240 - Discipline for act of one partner
The license of each member of a partnership is subject to suspension or revocation for the failure of the partnership or of any member of the partnership to comply with all laws and regulations governing the conduct of the bail business or acts incidental thereto, if the failure occurred with the knowledge, consent, ratification or collusion of the member.
