Nev. Admin. Code § 701B.Sec. 10 - NEW

1. All reasonable and prudent costs associated with carrying out and administering the Storage Program must be accounted for in books and records of a utility separately from amounts attributable to any other activity. The utility must account for such costs and revenues pursuant to section 11 of this regulation.
2. The costs that may be recoverable include, without limitation, costs for labor, materials, rebates, contractors, training, advertising, marketing, measurement, verification, evaluation and overhead, and utility administrative costs.
