Nev. Admin. Code § 703.040 - "Division of Consumer Complaint Resolution" defined
"Division of Consumer Complaint Resolution" is a division within the Commission established to receive and investigate complaints made against any public utility, to conduct appropriate investigations of practices of utility company services and to perform such other functions as are required by law or as the Commission deems appropriate.
