Nev. Admin. Code § 703.050 - "Hearing" defined
"Hearing" means any public proceeding that is noticed by the Commission in accordance with applicable statutes and includes an opportunity for all parties to present any written or oral testimony that the Commission considers relevant and material to the issues.
