Nev. Admin. Code § 703.2295 - Statement F
Statement F must contain a statement that shows the dollar amount of each component of the capital structure, its related cost percentage and the proportion of each component of the capital structure to the total capital structure. This statement must also show the percentage of the overall rate of return requested and the general reasons therefor.
