Nev. Admin. Code § 703.775 - Reopening proceedings to receive additional evidence
At any time after the conclusion of a hearing and before the issuance of a final order, the Commission or the presiding officer, on its or the presiding officer's own motion, may reopen the proceedings for the taking of additional evidence.
