Any party may obtain a copy of the transcript of a hearing before the Commission from the official reporter upon payment of the fees fixed therefor. The original of each transcript must be provided to the Commission by the initiating party within 15 business days after the close of the hearing unless otherwise ordered by the presiding officer.
