Nev. Admin. Code § 704.5705 - "Affiliate" defined
"Affiliate" means a person who, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a utility subject to the provisions of NAC 704.570 to 704.628, inclusive.
