Nev. Admin. Code § 704.9156 - "Resource plan" defined

"Resource plan" means the plan that a utility is required by NRS 704.741 to submit every third year to the Commission, that consists of, and provides an integrated analysis of:

1. A load forecast;

2. A demand side plan;

3. A supply plan;

4. A financial plan;

5. An energy supply plan; and

6. An action plan.
