Nev. Admin. Code § 706.612 - "Investment advances" defined
"Investment advances" means advances, represented by notes or bank account only, with respect to which it is mutually agreed or intended between the creditor and debtor that the advances may be settled by the issuance of securities or not be subject to current settlement.
