Nev. Admin. Code § 706A.280 - Key supervisory or responsible persons
A transportation network company shall provide to the Authority the name and contact information of one or more key supervisory or responsible persons employed by the company and shall update that information as necessary. Such persons must be authorized to act on behalf of the company in dealing with the Authority.
