Nev. Admin. Code § 706A.360 - Notice to Authority confirming vehicle meets certain requirements; issuance of decal
1. Before allowing a motor vehicle to be placed into service in affiliation with a transportation network company, the company shall provide notice to the Authority confirming the vehicle meets all the requirements of NRS 706A.180.
2. Upon providing the notice required by subsection 1, the transportation network company may issue a decal for the motor vehicle which must be affixed to the vehicle as described in NAC 706A.240.
