Nev. Admin. Code § 706B.085 - "Rebuttal" defined
"Rebuttal" means evidence offered by an applicant, petitioner or complainant which directly explains, repels, counteracts or disproves facts offered in evidence by parties of record opposing the application, petition or complaint.
