Nev. Admin. Code § 90.078 - "Securities industry personnel" defined
"Securities industry personnel" includes, without limitation, broker-dealers, sales representatives, investment advisers, representatives of investment advisers and any other persons the Administrator designates as securities industry personnel pursuant to a rule or order.
