Nev. Admin. Code § 90.415 - Waiver of provisions
The Administrator may waive the application of any provision of NAC 90.395 to 90.538, inclusive, if a written request for the waiver is filed with the Administrator in accordance with NRS 90.715 and NAC 90.318 by the registrant affected and the Administrator determines that waiver is appropriate under the circumstances and is in the public interest.
