Nev. Admin. Code § 90.453 - Effective date of registration statement filed with Securities and Exchange Commission

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (b) of subsection 3 of NRS 90.480, if a registration statement is filed on Form F-7, F-8, F-9 or F-10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, it may become effective, subject to any other applicable requirements, after it has been on file with the Administrator for at least 7 days. If the registration statement is not filed with the Administrator within 5 days after the initial filing under the Securities Act of 1933, the registration statement must have been on file with the Administrator for 30 days or any shorter period authorized by the Administrator.
