Nev. Admin. Code § 391.Sec. 3-2 - NEW
A person who, on the effective date, holds a special license or endorsement to teach pupils from birth through the second grade as described in NAC 391.089 shall be deemed to hold a license to teach pupils in a program of early childhood education as described in NAC 391.089, as amended by section 2, on and after the effective date.
