N.H. Admin. Code § Box 102.02 - Composition of the Commission
The commission consists of 3 commissioners, appointed by the governor and executive council to 3-year terms. Two commissioners constitute a quorum for a meeting. One commissioner shall be elected as chairman-treasurer.
