N.H. Admin. Code § Box 206.13 - Appearance Before the Commission
Any party to an adjudicative proceeding or that party's designated representative shall be entitled to generally participate in the conduct of the adjudicative proceeding. Appearances shall be entered either in writing or into the record of the hearing.
