N.H. Admin. Code § Ed 1302.04 - Cost per pupil
"Cost per pupil" means the rate calculated by subtracting tuition and transportation from K-12 current operating expenditures from all funding sources local, state and federal associated with the daily operations of schools , and then dividing by the average daily membership in attendance(ADM-A).
