N.H. Admin. Code § Hum 307.01 - Subpoenas for Public Adjudicative Hearing
Any party or other person permitted to participate in a public adjudicative hearing may request subpoenas for the hearing by written motion no later than the date of the pre-hearing conference. Subpoenas shall be issued by the presiding officer upon a finding that the subpoena is designed to produce relevant information.
