N.H. Admin. Code § Hum 314.02 - Transcripts
(a) The
stenographic or other recording made at a public adjudicative hearing shall not
be transcribed unless a transcript is requested.
(b) If a party or any other person or entity
requests a transcript:
(1) Transcription shall
be at the expense of the person or entity making the request, except under the
circumstances described in (c) below; and
(2) A copy of the transcript shall be
provided to the commission.
(c) Pursuant to
RSA
354-A:21, II(c) the commission shall pay the
cost of transcription when the transcript is sought by a party who is an
individual without the funds to pay for transcription.
(d) The copy of any transcript provided to,
or made by, the commission shall be:
(1) Kept
in the commission's office;
(2)
Available for examination; and
(3)
Available for copies to be made on request and upon payment for the
copies.
