N.H. Admin. Code § Hum 315.06 - Official Notice of Facts
(a) The
presiding officer shall take official notice of facts on his or her own
initiative or on the motion of one or more parties.
(b) When the presiding officer officially
notices a fact or facts:
(1) It shall be so
stated on the record; and
(2) Any
party shall be given the opportunity to show the contrary.
(c) Pursuant to
RSA
541-A:33, V, official notice may be taken of
any of the following:
(1) Facts which could be
judicially noticed in the state's courts;
(2) The record of other proceedings before
the agency; and
(3) Codes or
standards which have been adopted by a federal or state agency or nationally
recognized organization or association.
