N.H. Admin. Code § Hum 318.01 - Purpose of Declaratory Rulings
The purpose of a declaratory ruling is to give information to individuals and entities potentially subject to:
(1) Allegations of illegal discrimination in
violation of RSA 354-A; or
(2)
Allegations of violation of such federal laws prohibiting discrimination as are
within the jurisdiction of the commission to enforce.
