N.H. Admin. Code § Lab 203.03 - Notice of Appearance
All attorneys shall, upon being retained by a client in a matter pending before the department or the compensation appeals board, file with the department or the compensation appeals board, as the case may be, a letter of appearance, copies of which shall be provided to all parties of record.
