N.H. Admin. Code § Lab 521.04 - Recording the Hearing
(a) Except in the circumstances described in
(b) below, the presiding officer shall record the hearing by electronic
recording or any other method that will provide a verbatim record.
(b) If any person requests a transcript of
the electronic recording of a hearing, the board shall:
(1) Cause a transcript to be prepared;
and
(2) Upon receipt of payment for
the cost of the transcription, provide a copy of the transcript to the person
making the request.
