N.H. Admin. Code § Opt 201.01 - Rules of Practice and Procedure
The Plc 200 rules shall govern with regards to all procedures for:
(a) Adjudicatory
proceedings;
(b) Rulemaking
submissions, considerations, and dispositions of rule making
petitions;
(c) Public comment
hearings;
(d) Declaratory
rulings;
(d) All statements of
policy and interpretation;
(e)
Explanation of adopted rules; and
(f) Voluntary surrender of
licenses.
