N.H. Admin. Code § Opt 401.02 - Renewal of License
On or before June 30 of each year in which a license is due to expire, any licensee wishing to renew a license shall submit the renewal application form supplied by the board along with the fee specified by Opt 303.01 Table 303.1 and proof of completion of continuing education.
