N.H. Admin. Code § Per 101.03 - Internal Agency Policies
(a) Appointing
authorities shall submit to the director those internal agency personnel
policies, such as posted rules applying to classified employees, that in and of
themselves warn of possible dismissal without prior warning. The director shall
investigate, review, and comment on these policies in accordance with
RSA
21-I:42, IV(f), prior to distribution or
enforcement.
