N.H. Admin. Code § Ph 103.04 - Meetings
(a) The board shall meet in its office on the
third Wednesday of each month. Special meetings shall be held at the call of
the president or by any officer.
(b) A majority of the board may take action
by telephone poll or written ballot provided that such action is ratified at a
subsequent meeting of the board.
