N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 502.12 - Person
"Person" means an individual or a legal entity, including but not limited to a for-profit or non-profit public or private corporation, limited liability corporation, general or limited partnership, professional corporation, and professional association. The term includes the duly-authorized representative of a legal entity.
