N.H. Admin. Code § Rab 403.01 - Purpose
The purpose of continuing education requirements for the renewal of apprentice classifications, appraiser licenses, and certificates are to ensure that the appraiser participates in a program that maintains and increases their skill, knowledge, and competency in real estate appraising.
