N.H. Admin. Code § Rec 404.04 - Revocation of License
The board shall revoke a license when:
(a) NCTRC has permanently revoked the
licensee's certification; or
(b)
The board and the licensee agree on revocation in a settlement made pursuant to
Ahp 214.
