N.H. Admin. Code § Ret 303.02 - Refund of Accumulated Contributions
(a) In accordance
with
RSA 100-A:11,
II(a) no application for refund of
accumulated contributions shall be processed until a group II member ceases to
be a permanent policeman or a permanent fireman and has attained normal
retirement age. To facilitate the return of accumulated contributions, the
initial refund shall be equal to the funds on deposit with the NHRS on said
cessation. If additional contributions are received subsequent to the initial
refund payment, they shall be refunded within 30 days after the final deduction
is received by the NHRS.
(b) In
accordance with
RSA 100-A:11,
I(a) no application for refund of accumulated
contributions from a group I member of the NHRS shall be accepted until 30 days
after termination of employment. To facilitate the return of accumulated
contributions, the initial refund shall be equal to the funds on deposit with
the NHRS on said date of termination. Such additional funds received subsequent
to the initial refund payment shall be refunded within 30 days after the final
deduction is received by the NHRS.
