N.H. Admin. Code § Rko 201.02 - Scope
In regard to complaints, pursuant to RSA 91-A:7,II and RSA 91-A:7-b, these rules address procedures for the pursuit of grievances involving an alleged violation of RSA 91-A in lieu of pursuit of such matters in the New Hampshire superior court.
