N.H. Admin. Code § Rko 204.03 - Time of Issuance of Orders of Notice
The office shall issue an order of notice as described in Rko 210.01:
(a) Pursuant to
RSA
91-A:7-b, not earlier than the 21st day after
the filing of a complaint; and
(b)
Pursuant to RSA
541-A:29, II, not later than
60 days from the filing of a complaint.
