N.H. Admin. Code § Rko 207.05 - Conditional Default for Respondent's Failure to File an Appearance
A conditional default entered for the respondent's failure to file an appearance shall operate as a final default judgment against the respondent unless:
(a) Within 10 days
of the date appearing on the notice of conditional default, the respondent
moves to strike the conditional default;
(b) Within 10 days of the date appearing on
the notice of conditional default, the respondent files the required
appearance; and
(c) After receipt
of the items noted in (a) and (b) above, the motion to strike the conditional
default is granted.
