N.H. Admin. Code § Rko 212.02 - Recording of Hearings
(a) Unless another procedure is required by
law, the presiding officer shall record hearings electronically or by any other
method that will provide a verbatim record.
(b) Recordings and transcripts available to
the public shall be subject to such redactions as required by RSA 91-A, these
rules, other law, or orders issued in the case.
(c) If any person requests a transcript of
the recording of a hearing, the office shall:
(1) Cause a transcript to be prepared,
provided that, in accordance with
RSA
541-A:31, VII, the person
making the request first pays all anticipated costs for the making of the
transcript; and
(2) Following
receipt of the transcript and payment therefor, provide a copy of the
transcript to the person making the request.
