N.H. Admin. Code § Rko 214.04 - Issuance of Final Rulings
(a) No later than
30 days after the submission of a case, the ombudsman shall:
(1) Issue a dated, written decision in
accordance with paragraph (b) below;
(2) Provide, by means of U.S. first class
mail, certified mail, registered mail, or personal delivery, a copy of the
decision to:
a. The parties; and
b. Intervenors; or.
(b) Issue an order pursuant to
RSA
91-A:7-b, V indicating the
existence of good cause for extension of the decision date.
(c) A decision under (a) above shall:
(1) Be in writing;
(2) Be dated;
(3) Set forth the reason or reasons for the
determination; and
(4) Contain, in
narrative or individually numbered form, such findings of fact and rulings of
law as are necessary to the determination.
