N.H. Admin. Code § Rko 214.07 - Review of Requests for Rehearing
If a request for rehearing is filed within 30 days of the date of the presiding officer's decision, the ombudsman shall, within 10 days of the receipt of the request, grant a rehearing, if it appears from the record that:
a. The decision was unlawful or
unreasonable; and
b. Receipt of
additional evidence, argument, or analysis is necessary to reach a decision
that is lawful and reasonable.
