N.H. Admin. Code § Rko 222.01 - Requests for Explanation of Adopted Rules
Pursuant to RSA 541-A:11,VII, any interested person may, within 30 days of the final adoption of a rule, request a written explanation of that rule by making a written request to the ombudsman which request shall include:
(a) The name of
the person making the request;
(b)
The person's mailing address;
(c)
The person's telephone number;
(d)
The person's e-mail address, if any;
(e) If the request is being made on behalf of
another person, organization, or entity:
(1)
The name of the other person, organization, or entity;
(2) The address of the other organization, or
entity;
(3) The telephone number of
the other organization, or entity;
(4) The email address of the other
organization, or entity, if any; and
(5) A certification by the person executing
the request that they are authorized to speak on behalf of the other
organization, or entity;
(f) An identification of the rule at
issue;
(g) An explanation of the
person's understanding of the rule;
(h) A request for the office's understanding
of the rule; and
(i) The person's
signature.
