N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3003.07 - Revocation of A Hardship Registration
(a) Upon receipt of
evidence indicating that a person who has obtained a hardship registration for
the vehicle has operated said vehicle, the bureau of hearings shall provide an
opportunity for a hearing for the person to appear in order to show cause why
the hardship registration shall not be revoked.
(b) After the opportunity for a hearing, a
hearings examiner shall revoke the person's hardship registration if it is
determined that the person operated the vehicle.
(c) In the event a person's hardship
registration is revoked, the person shall not be able to obtain another
hardship registration during the remaining period of time that the person's
license and registration privileges have been suspended or revoked for the
offenses set forth in
