N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 4504.02 - Indemnity Bond

(a) The penal sum of any indemnity bond filed with the bureau shall not be less than that required for insurance policies as set forth below in Table 4500.1, Insurance Coverage:

(b) Each bond shall contain at least 2 sureties.

(c) The bureau shall only accept surety on the bond from surety companies authorized to do business in this state.
