N.H. Code Admin. R. He-M 521.04 - Eligibility
(a) Any individual who resides at home with
his or her family shall be eligible for services identified in
He-M
521.03, except as provided in (b) below.
(b) An individual who resides in a foster
home licensed by the division of children, youth, and families shall not be
eligible for services identified in
He-M
521.03.
