N.H. Code Admin. R. Odb 206.02 - Format and Content of Petition
A person filing a petition to adopt, amend, or repeal a rule shall provide the following information:
(a) The exact legal name of each person
requesting the adoption, amendment, or repeal of the rule, with a residence
address or principal place of business of the person;
(b) Whether the person is asking the board to
adopt, amend, or repeal a rule;
(c)
If the petition is to adopt a rule:
(1) The
chapter, part, and section, by alphanumeric code, where the person proposes the
rule language to be inserted; and
(2) The proposed rule language;
(d) If the petition is to amend a
rule:
(1) The specific rule, by alphanumeric
code, that is the subject of the petition; and
(2) The proposed rule language;
(e) If the petition is to repeal a
rule, the specific rule, by alphanumeric code, that is the subject of the
petition;
(f) A written statement
of why the petitioner wants the board to undertake the action requested and how
the action is consistent with RSA 146-D or RSA 541-A, as applicable;
and
(g) Such other information the
person filing the petition deems pertinent and relevant to their request,
including written testimony.
